Beacon Communities is led by a team of professionals with more than 100 years of combined experience in the senior housing, health care and hospitality industries. We have specialized in all phases of operations and marketing of senior living communities and are a HUD authorized management company. Beacon has been involved in the conceptual and development stages of various senior housing properties, working closely with developers, lenders, MAI appraisers, architects, interior designers and furnishings.

Beacon has extensive experience in Turnaround and Receivership type engagements. From 2000 to 2005, we were involved with the due diligence and temporary management of several senior housing portfolios for national lending institutions, i.e. FannieMae. During these type engagements, Beacon assisted in the licensure transfer and name change, procurement of insurance, employee and resident assessments, staff enrollment for benefits, accounting and vendor transitioning. We also assisted our clients in the subsequent sale of these communities.
