Noble Village at Johns Creek is located in Suwanee, Georgia, an upscale suburb north of Atlanta. An extensive development, it features several retail shops, a bank, eight independent living cottages, 27 independent living apartments, seven Alzheimer's apartments, 27 assisted living residences, and a 15-apartment spinal cord rehabilitation annex.

Five months before opening, Noble Village called on Beacon Communities for assistance. Beacon went right to work, creating a pre-construction marketing budget, hired an executive director and marketing director, opened a sales office, and designed all collaterals and signage. These efforts all contributed to a healthy bottom line: Beacon helped generate 30 percent presales.

In addition, Beacon coordinated all startup supplies, obtained state licensure, produced policies and procedures, hired and trained all staff, and were 50 percent leased within three months.
