default.
Results:
In five months, Beacon helped the community increase occupancy from 46
percent to 81 percent. Beacon also improved profit margins through
increasing the number of beds in one area and implementing resident
assessments and care plans.
Challenge: Revitalize a 38-bed community whose occupancy had leveled at
68 percent.
Results:
Beacon increases the number of beds, including adding companion rooms. In
three months occupancy is up to 91 percent; cash flow is now positive.
Challenge: Market a 77-unit continuing care community scheduled to open
in 60 days.
Results:
Beacon sets up a marketing office, marketing plan, and helps arrange a
partnership between the owner and a catastrophic care provider. In just two
months, 14 deposits are collected.
Challenge: Stabilize occupancy at a 59-unit assisted living community.
Results:
Beacon increases renewal rates at the community for the first time and meets
with families to implement Level of Care fees. Occupancy stabilized at 83
percent.
